On Friday 7 September 2018 we held our annual charity Golf Day at Blacknest Golf Club. We thank all who attended and gave so generously to help us raise the superb sum of £971.20 for The Hunter Centre at Haslemere (our 2018 charity of the year). The Hunter Centre have also passed on their grateful thanks to everyone involved. We were very fortunate that, yet again, the weather was perfect and the event was enjoyed by all.
The day began with coffee and bacon rolls for our 48 guests before playing 18 holes. Afterwards our guests joined us for the trophy presentation and a two course evening meal in the clubhouse. The day was kindly supported by Hunter Plastics, and we thank Blacknest Golf & Country Club for another enjoyable day.
