We were delighted to present GUTS with a cheque for £4,000 on 25th January 2016. GUTS was our nominated charity for 2015 and customers and staff helped us raise funds at corporate events, via in-store collections, and through sponsoring our 6 runners for the Great South Run.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers, staff and their families for helping us raise such a tremendous sum for this great local charity!
GUTS aims to improve the survival rates of people with bowel cancer through better screening, detection, treatment and care. Based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, GUTS funds facilities, equipment, screening services and research into bowel cancer, and also strives to raise awareness of the disease.
