Isn't it amazing what can be made from expanding foam? Rake Primary School ran a "Plucky Dip" stall at their Christmas Fair on 2 December 2016. The star of the stall was "Coomers" - a turkey made from expanding foam, chicken wire, and a few other accessories!
The school wrote to say a big thank you to our Bordon branch for donating six cans of expanding foam to create the turkey, which raised over £50 and was one of the highest earning children's stalls at the fair! The children loved plucking his feathers in the hope of selecting a winning feather. The turkey was then to reside safely at the school ready for another event. The money raised by the stall contributed to the £1,800 the fair raised for an Adventure Play Area at the school.
