Here's the deal. You're a tradesperson sat at home in the evening after a busy day on site. The evening is the only time you get chance to catch up with your paperwork and compile quotes. Oh and then there's that job in the morning which you need to pick up extra materials for, but what if the merchant hasn't got any stock ... and what was the name of those bricks you purchased a couple of months ago? Wouldn't it be great to be able to check all of this from the comfort of your home outside normal working hours?
Well now you can! At Coomers we want to save you time and make all this as easy as possible - that's why we created an app which lets you do all this at any time of the day or night, without having to call us. To be eligible for the free app, all that's required is for you to hold a Credit or Trade Card account with us, and to advise us that you wish to be provided with a login. You'll also need an Apple or Android mobile device.
We've had some fantastic feedback about the app, and our customers love the convenience of being able to use it in the evenings. One even told us he'd stopped using a national merchant because they didn't offer anything similar!

Who is eligible to use the app?
All customers who hold a Coomers Credit or Trade Card account.
How do I apply for a login to use the app?
If you already have a Credit or Trade Card account with us, click here to visit our app webpage and complete a simple form to apply for an app login.
If you don't already have an account with us, click here to apply for one or pick up an application form at any branch. Whilst completing the form you'll see there's a box to tick to apply for a login as well.
When can I start using the app?
If you already have an account with us, once you've requested an app login, we'll email your login details on the next working day if you're applying outside normal office hours, or usually the same day if you're applying during normal working hours Monday-Friday.
If you don't yet have an account with us and have completed and returned an account application form (and have ticked the box to say you wish to apply for the app as well), it will take a little longer as our Accounts Dept need to process your application first. As soon as that has been done you'll receive an email from us letting you know when your app login has been set up.
Where do I download the app from?

Can other people within my company use the app on my account too?
The main account holder will have access to all app features. Additional employees can be added as users by yourself but will only be given access to the "shop" (and will not have access to any financial data or account history).
Are all your stock items available to view/order from the app?
The app enables you to place orders on virtually all our stock items for delivery or collection. There are a few minor exceptions.
Will the pricing show my terms?
Yes, the app links directly into your account to give you your trade terms.
When will my items be available for collection or delivery?
Delivery: We aim to deliver your goods within 2 working days but lead times can vary during peak times. We do not deliver on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. Click here for a full list of our delivery areas.
Collection: If reserving items for collection please allow a reasonable time for us to process your order. For example, if ordering in the evening, bear in mind that we need to process the order the following working morning (Sundays excluded).
Is the app available for Microsoft mobile devices?
No, unfortunately Microsoft devices are not supported. You'll need an Apple or Android mobile device to be able to use the app.
