Coomers Returns Policy

At Coomers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the required condition (as fit for resale as they were on delivery), we will issue a refund of the Price you paid for the goods.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

We strive to ensure all goods are delivered in perfect condition and meet their description. Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery.

Inspection on Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect and check the goods on delivery to ensure they conform to your order and are undamaged. Please sign the delivery note (or equivalent documentation) to confirm this.

Reporting Issues:

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Coomers in writing within 3 days of discovering the issue (or when you ought to have discovered it).

Unless agreed otherwise, and subject to a reasonable handling charge for collection by Coomers, you will need to return the relevant goods (or the defective part) to Coomers’ premises at your expense.

Please be aware that certain items are generally non-returnable due to their nature or if they were specifically ordered for you:

Special Orders: Goods that are not usually stocked by Coomers and ordered specifically for you, and perishable goods.
