Discover Millboard Cladding

You’ve probably heard of composite decking and all its low-maintenance benefits over traditional timber, but did you know that Millboard – one of our composite decking suppliers – now offer a brilliant range of composite cladding?

Envello Shadow Line cladding from Millboard is 100% wood-free so does not require all the maintenance associated with timber cladding.  Using a unique fibreglass reinforced resin-mineral composition, Millboard achieves the finest quality of finish, balanced with usability and maximum durability.  The cladding is hand-moulded from carefully selected natural timbers and hand-coloured by master craftsmen, providing an unmistakably organic look that only requires an occasional clean to preserve its beauty.  Just like the specially selected Oak timbers used to create the unique moulds, the fine details and natural imperfections in the original timber are recreated to perfectly replicate smooth timber with a flat grained finish, giving a clean authentic look.  Each length of Millboard Envello Shadow Line cladding is the result of a long process of craftsmanship and attention to visual detail.

Millboard Cladding Golden Oak

The increased width of the board compared to standard timber boards means that there is larger grain detail.  This gives an enhanced visual impact, without the risk of the board twisting or warping over time.  The boards are profiled with oblique angles to prevent water collecting between two profiles, as well as helping rain water wash over the face of the cladding.  The indent created between boards gives visual definition to the individual grain patterns.  The boards can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on the nature of the design.

Millboard Cladding Burnt Cedar

Shadow Line boards come in the following four colours and are available from stock at Bordon. There’s also a fire rated Shadow Line+ range which is available in all four colours plus Limed Oak.
